Closing your RareMall’s account means all of your accounts in the RareMall ecosystem will not be available.

Before doing the process, please consider disconnecting your digital wallet from your account.

To close your RareMall account:

Please email us at from your registered email address with the subject ‘’Close Account”. We would be appreciative if you could share your reason for closing the account.

Although we will not reactivate your closed accounts under any circumstances, after closing your accounts, you are welcome again by signing up as a new user.

What information is saved after I close my account?

We will keep some of your personal information for a minimum of five years as mentioned in our Privacy Policy.
