# 3. Who pay the gas fees?

### First-Time Seller

If this is your first time listing NFTs on RareMall, you’ll have to pay 2 types of gas fees to initiate your account. They are one-off fees for every account on RareMall so you won’t need to pay them any more in the future.

### Sellers & Buyers

When an item is sold, there will be a gas fee included in the item’s price. Either the seller or buyer will have to pay the fees and it depends on the transaction.

       Buyers will pay the gas fees when they purchase fixed-price NFTs.
