1. What if I forget my account’s password?

The following steps will help you reset your password.

  • Step 1: Click Forgot Password?

  • Step 2: Choose your Date of Birth

Note:

  • You will not be able to select your Date of Birth for 4 hours after the 3rd failure

  • The password reset email will be sent to your registered email address

  • The temporary password will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number

Please contact our support team if your account is locked, your email address and/or mobile number have changed.

  • Step 3: Click Open Email

  • Step 4: Click SMS RareMall password

  • Step 5: Login to RareMall.com with the temporary password sent via SMS and go to Settings to change it to New password immediately after that.
